Lovely views and a clean room, but double-booked and nearly crashed a family reunion! Breakfast was decent, but I wouldn't trust the hot tub—it’s probably tighter than my favorite pair of heels. location shines!

It's excellent home base for sightseeing and exploring Kennewick. Breakfast with waffles, bacon plus bacon/sausage.

The room had a fantastic view of the river and ridges beyond. Sunsets were spectacular and added to the experience. The bed was big, but not as comfortable as expected. The room felt small and lacked ventilation, which was a concern. The bathroom had poor workmanship, with messy caulking that looked sloppy. Strong WiFi, though, made working easier. Carpet and couch needed cleaning, which detracted from the overall comfort. Extra friendly staff provided a great breakfast buffet, adding a nice touch to the stay. The setting was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation.

Crab Lovers Delight

The crab fest was amazing. Fresh, tender crab cooked just right made it worth every penny.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but the quality was decent.

Every part of it was good, I loved staff and rooms. The hotel was a good base for enjoying a very very nice area, close to the river, train tracks, great walking trails.

Nice location on the river. Nothing has been invested in a long time. You can hear the corridor conversations in the room. You have to look for a good restaurant.

An ideal getaway marred by a few missteps. The staff at the front desk radiated professionalism and warmth. Dana was particularly outstanding. The room was quiet and comfortable, providing a much-needed escape. breakfast service fell short. Understaffed and overwhelmed, the atmosphere felt chaotic and unwelcoming. While the river view is worth the slight premium, my initial room choice didn't reflect this. It's also essential to check event schedules; an unexpected concert weekend disrupted tranquility. Cleanliness issues need addressing. A lingering odor shouldn't be part of the experience. A few tweaks could elevate this place from good to exceptional. Would return—just with clearer expectations.

Beautiful location with a lovely bar and restaurant, but my room missed the mark this time. Initially assigned a musty room filled with old furniture, I had to ask for a switch. The staff were genuinely accommodating, which was appreciated, but I still didn’t get the view I wanted. Breakfast was surprisingly good, though the noise from a wedding made my second night unbearable, forcing a premature checkout. I love the place’s charm, but I’ll definitely check the events calendar next time. Hope for some renovations to improve the stay!

Reasonably priced and gorgeous hotel with magnificent views of the sun rises and sets on the river, good base for a long weekend. Good-sized units and incredibly nice staff at the reception desk. Great and beautiful location for our weekend and close to restaurants and pubs. The restaurant was very nice, for dinner.

Loved the super convenient location right on the river, plus the great outdoor views and nearby walking trails! The heated pool and sun loungers were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the breakfast area could use some better organization, but the coffee was top-notch! ☕
